To secure the booking, we must receive 50% of the payment within five days of your inquiry. This payment should be made by cheque and made payable to Mrs L M Whitehill.
The remainder of the payment must be made six weeks before the booked date and should be accompanied by a separate security cheque for £80. This cheque will be returned in full within 10 days of vacating the property, should no damage or breakages occur during your stay at The Abbey Cottage.
We must receive full payment if the booking is made under six weeks before arrival.
CANCELLATIONS:
Should you cancel your holiday at The Abbey Cottage more than six weeks prior to your arrival, costs of 25% of the total holiday cost will be incurred. Costs of 50% of the holiday will be incurred if the cancellation is made under six weeks before the arranged arrival date. Unfortunately if a booking is cancelled under two weeks before the expected arrival date, none of the fee is refundable.
